Dear Sir,
I have to thank you for your letter of yesterday's date
and to inform you that I am recommending the Crown Agents for
the Colonies to place the order for the work under this requisi-
tion, holding in abeyance the cornice framing and its connections
until I have had an opportunity of discussing these details with
you which I hope to have the pleasure of doing when you come to
town early next month.
I understand from your letter that the slight delay which
will be entailed in the delivery of the ironwork for the roof
will not be of any consequence provided the first floor ironwork
and the columns be despatched as soon as possible.
Yours &c.,
(sd.) F.J.Waring
